This is a translation of Peter Martyr's "De Orbe novo... Decades octo" which was edited and published in Latin by Richard Haklyut in Paris in 1587 and translated by Michael Lok. It was first published in London for T. Adams in 1612. This edition is described in S.T.C. 651 as "Another issue with new title-leaf and dated 1625."
