The plates are known in two states. The frontispiece is found both with and without imprint at foot. In first state, the folded plates are foliated at lower right; in second state, the foliation has been burnished out and replaced with a one- or two-line caption.
Woodcuts: t.p. vignette, head- and tailpieces, initials. Some are signed 'M' or 'LM'.
