Enlarged American edition of a popular English cautionary work for young children, attributed to Elizabeth Turner. The first thirty poems, I-XXX, were reprinted from the English edition, while the following fourteen, XXXIIII-XLIV, were additional. Around half of the first thirty illustrations were copied from the Samuel Williams illustrations in the 1830 English edition.
