In the 1901 Schultze sale, this work was bound with 3 mid-16th century works: Melanchthon, Catechesis puerilis (Leipzig, 1555), Backmeister, Formae precautionum piarum (Wittenberg, 1560), and Pfeffinger, Consolationum libellus (Leipzig, 1560), suggesting that this Abecedarium is also from northern Germany, mid-16th century.
PML copy incomplete, missing at least leaves A1.8 and D8.
