First ed. - 3rd issue.
Owl front. 1f; title & text, A-E in 6's (p. viii + 51). P. viii has 22 lines instead of 15 as in first issues. 24°.
Long thought to be Curll's pirated edition, but Foxon has suggested that it was printed in Edinburgh. This can be confirmed; the ornaments are those of Thomas Ruddiman. All but one were also used by him in his printing of Allan Ramsay's Poems (Edinburgh, 1727).
Title vignette (printer's arabesques); head- and tail-pieces; initials.
