J.A.S. destroyed the greater part of even these small editions, and some may be considered almost unique. Of these pamphlets some were presented to me by the author, the rest, after his death, by H.F. Brown. The pencilled corrections in 'Dead love' are in the hand of the Symonds. E[dmund?].G[osse?].
