Wenning in New Haven (Connecticut) & copyright by the poet in mcmlvi. Of ccxviii copies, all on Kochi & signed by the poet, copies xv to ccxv are for sale ... This sequence was written in mcmxlvi & belongs to the period of The Residual Years. For several reason it was not included in that book & is here & now published for the first time"--Limitation statement (page 3).
"Signed by the poet on page prior to colophon, which appears prior to title page. Contains: Untitled introductory poem, "Prologue," six untitled numbered poems, "Epilogue." (The introductory poem, later titled "The Sphinx," was collected as the prologue to Book Three of A31.)"--Cf. Bartlett and Campo.
