(front endleaf 1 verso); Jean-Jacques Olier, founder of Seminaire de St. Sulpice, two inscriptions dating the the work to 1508-09 based upon the printer's mark and donation to his nephew, 22 Jan. 1731 (front endleaf 2 verso and 3 recto), with an engraved portrait of Olier (front endleaf 3 verso); Richard Bennett (1849-1930), armorial bookplate (rear pastedown) and purchase notes: No. 6, 5/5/94 (front endleaf 1 verso); Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913), purchased with the Bennett collection, 1902.
