Humberto," 18th/19th century (front 5 recto), birth inscriptions, date 1569 (title page and leaf nn7v), death (obyt) inscriptions in calendar (mainly July), 16th century, and "Ad introducendum muliere post partum, lege istum psalmum [?] levavi oculos meos [etc.] ...," 16th century (leaf d4v).
