The panel is the right half of a display of the Arms of Zurich. Silhouetted against a white background, a lion holds the imperial sword and orb in its front paws. To his left is a shield with the Zurich arms surmounted by an Imperial crown. The panel is the left half of a display of the Arms of Zurich. Silhouetted against a white background, a lion raises the Zurich banner. To his right, a shield with the Zurich arms is surmounted by a shield with the arms of the Holy Roman Empire. The lion stands on a pale-yellow platform framed by a Renaissance arcade of red columns and pilasters surmounted by red and green capitals. Above, a red entablature frames an arch with a green central boss. Above the arch are clusters of fruit.
