Ms. book of hours for the use of Rome (Hours of the Virgin, Office of the Dead); written and illuminated in Florence, Italy, perhaps in an Augustinian monastery, in the second half of the 15th century.
Decoration: 6 historiated initials, 1 historiated full-page border, 1 full-page border with putto and angels.
Artist: Ricciardo di Nanni in the workshop of Filippo di Matteo Torelli; it is believed that Ricciardo finished some of the work left undone by Torelli.
