Executed for a member of the Sivry or Montiguy-St. Christophe family of Hainaut (arms on fol. 26v, burelé d'argent, et d'azur, the monogram SIVRY and arms of Sivry, Mastain, Waronie and Berlaimont on fol. 27, on fol. 244 the inscription: Loyal et Secret); Léon Gruel (catalogue, 1905, no. 14); purchased by J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) from Olschki in 1907; J.P. Morgan (1867-1943).

Ms. book of hours for the use of Rome (Hours of the Virgin), calendar for Liège; written and illuminated in Belgium, perhaps in Bruges or Valenciennes, ca. 1470.
