Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) with the Bennett Collection in 1902; J.P. Morgan (1867-1943).

The attribution of the Manuale to Augustine is not accepted by scholarship.
Decoration: 1 full white vine-stem (bianchi girari) border surrounding text on fol. 1, a shield with arms of first owner; illuminated initials throughout.
