Texts: Modus confitendi (fol. 1-54v.); Antonius de Butrio, Speculum de confessione (fol. 55-135); Johannes Nider, Manuale confessorum (fol. 135v-174); Ars moriendi, incomplete (fol. 175-206v).
The scribe copied the first tract, including the colophon, with printer's name and date, from Gerard Leeu's Antwerp edition of Jan. 28, 1486 (Campbell, Annales 1130). He wrote Octava die Januarii in mistake for vicesima octava. See Bühler, 1940, p. 66
Decoration: numerous filigree initials.
