A variety of watermarks on the polished paper: one with a 6-pointed star has PICARDO below, comparable with Heawood 3737-8, ca. 1825, Picardo was Genoese; another with a nude profile woman standing on a ball on one foot, the other lifted up, holding a banner over her head with both hands in the classical tradition; banner reads AM...; the word GRILLO below, GRILLO not found, but the figure approximate to Heawood 1364, dated Amsterdam ca. 1769, 1770.
Decoration: 1 elaborate decorative 1/2-page headpiece on folio 1v, illuminated in liquid gold and colors.
