Listed in a 10th-century catalogue of books then at Lorsch, now at the Vatican Library (Pal. Lat. 1877); in the Abbey of Tongerloo by the 16th century; purchased by Richard Heber at the Tongerloo Abbey sale in Antwerp in 1928; his sale (London, R[obert] H[arding] Evans, 10 February and following 9 days, 1836, lot 1326) to Sir Thomas Phillipps; Phillipps Collection no. 8297; purchased from W.H. Robinson, Ltd. with the assistance of the Fellows in 1955.
