A note on added leaf records restoration of the binding and cover in 1531; bound in the traditional Armenian manner, in dark brown morocco, blind tooled; fragmentary fore-edge flap, front cover with stepped cross surrounded by a guilloche border; back cover with a cross over a rectangle surrounded by a guilloche border.

Ms. lectionary; written and illuminated in Vahnashēn, Turkey, between Erzerum and Erzincan, and completed July 17, 1334.
Scribe: Vardan Lorets'i; his two sons, Melk'isedek and Elimēlēk, and the priest Nater; they are named in the colophon on fol. 457v-477, which also gives the date of the completion of the manuscript.
Decoration: 1 half-page miniature, 3 ornamental headpieces, 15 marginal vignettes, 35 marginal figures of saints.
