John Gott, Lord Bishop of Truro); Southeran, Bibliotheca pretiosa, 1907, cat. no. 302; Gott sale (London, Sotheby's, 20 March 1908, no. 40) to Thomas; purchased by J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) from Leo S. Olschki in 1909; J.P. Morgan (1867-1943).
