Written in a medium Cyrillic book hand; dated in the colophon on fol. 356r; Casey reads the date as Aug. 28, 1700; Nancy Patterson Ševčenko reads the date as Aug. 5, 1608--Cf. PML files.
Decoration: ornamental title heads; 4 woodcut Evangelist portraits that have been dated to the 16th or 17th century.
Textiles: silk protectors (curtains) before each woodcut; silk lining inside binding and first flyleaf.
