Decoration: 13 large decorated initials and on fol. 75r, in margin, arms in pen and ink: five fesses ... on a border of ..., eleven besants; another shield lightly sketched at the lower margin of fol. 77r (M.464); 4 decorated canon tables (fols. 2v, 3r, 3v, 4r) and 27 large decorated initials (M.465).
Before the 1953 rebinding, the three volumes may have been divided as follows: vol. 1, purchased in 1910 -- fol. 72r-87v of what is now M.464 and fol. 5r-42v of what is now M.465; vol. 2, purchased in 1911 -- fol. 1r-71v without the blank fol. of what is now M.464; vol. 3, purchased in 1911 -- fol. 1r-4v and 43r-90r of what is now M.465--Cf PML files.
