Greek monastic 16th-century black calf over boards, blind tooled; in center of upper cover is a cross flanked by the letters IC, XC, and NK; inside covers are lined with sheets from a printed Greek liturgy.
Purchased by J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) in 1908.
