Two sets of typed responses to interview questions from Jerome Klinkowitz. The responses were apparently sent in two batches (see accompanying letters); the first batch (16 p.) along with Barthelme's accompanying letter, was enclosed in a large manila envelope with stamps and postmarks and addressed to Dr. Jerome Klinkowitz at Norther Illinois University; the second batch (5 p.) along with Barthelme's accompanying letter, was enclosed in an envelope with metered postage and addressed to Klinkowtiz in DeKalb, Illinois.
