Summary
Concerning a rectorial address delivered by the Marquis of Bath; explaining that Lord Rosebery had quoted from it in an address in Glasgow a few weeks ago, but the quotations did not appear in the printed version of Rosebery's address; writing that a friend is trying to track down the text of the Marquis of Bath's original address; asking whether it has been published "in pamphlet form" and where it might be obtained.
