Summary
Acknowledging his request for "additions to the Gallery in Westminster Hall" for the trial of Warren Hastings, however, "having already given Authority for what has been usually done at State Tryals, I shall be under the necessity of submitting to the Treasury Board whether they will admit in my Accounts as Chamberlain of His Majesty's Household, such additional charges, before I can direct em [sic] to be incurr'd."
