Asking Latham to let him know "what hour the tide will serve on Friday Evening, & Saturday morning next" for a trip to France; saying that he would prefer to land at Boulogne; adding "[t]he Packet which Mr Latham has twice provided for him would be most agreeable to Mr. Canning -- unless a smaller one should be required (as Mr. Canning has been informed) to pass the bar at Boulogne at this season."
