Summary
Being a fragment of a reply to Mr. Wilberforce's letter (MA 177.176) requesting orders to allow his carriages to go from his house to the House of Lords without being detoured on the security route; denying his request and saying that such an order would have to come from the House of Lords but that he would have been bound to state his objections to such an order.
