The letter refers to Anderson's pamphlet titled "The Interest of Great Britain with regard to her American Colonies, Considered" and printed for T. Cadell in 1782.
Summary
Expressing his frustration that his "Pamphlet on the Interest of Britain" has not been published despite the fact that he has seen it advertised in some London papers; saying he knows he has received the manuscript and "...as it was wanted to answer the speed of the occasion it is surprising the publication should have been so long delayed;" asking that he be told it has been published and if not why it is being delayed.
