Asking him to return Major [Pinketham] Eaton's horses to his estate so his creditors do not suffer; explaining that Eaton's estate has been sold but is "unequal to discharging the demands against it" without the horses; congratulating him on the fall of Cornwallis at Yorktown; observing that this victory has thrown the "Ballance of the War, largely in favour of America."
