Summary
A design based on the tickets of admission to Westminster Hall. A crest takes up the top half of the print; in the center of the crest are three battering rams placed horizontally, with the heads of Edmund Burke, Charles James Fox, and Sir Philip Francis in profile to the left at one end of each ram. To the left of the crest is a weeping judge; to the right is Justice, who has dropped her scales and looks threatened. Beneath the crest is a view in miniature of Westminster Hall during Hastings' trial. In the middle of the print a banner reads "Sub libertate tyran [sic]." Cf. George.
