Summary
Requesting that she explain a reference to "the Peace of Wedmore", asking "What is it? ... What is to be done?", and cautioning her not to look to him for any speech making, as he is "not sure" that he can speak at all; writing that they are all "scattered about" but hope to meet at Summerleaze; mentioning that they do not know when Arthur gets backs, so they don't know when the wedding will be; hoping that the Bishop (i.e. her husband Arthur Charles Hervey) is well, and noting that he saw Gladstone on Thursday.
