Transcription (courtesy of Sara Schliep, January 20, 2026): Touching certen thinges dealt in when my coosen Barnty [Barney?] / and Mr Nathannell Bacon &; I were at Aylesham / togither: ffor that in the Maner of the proceding in / somme cases it is thought good, that some of vs should / shortly meete and resolue therof to some soche purpose / as we haue synce consydered of; I haue ther fore thought / thought that meete to advertise thus muche and ther with / move you that you do bring to me the Warrantes deliuer ed / concerning T. Rumpe and Charles Haste or ane of them / and surcrease the molestacion of either of theim in the / meane tyme / And that You allso eftsoones put in / myend Robert Reyners and Henry Some that they / with their sureties comme to enter Recognizaunce not to / occupye vytailing and alehouse keping according to that / in this part was prescribed to theim.
