Charles Mary Wentworth (1775-1844) was the only child of John Wentworth and Lady Frances Deering Wentworth.
Army officer George Prevost was appointed on January 15 1808 to replace Wentworth as lieutenant-governor of Nova Scotia and arrived there April 07 1808 (Peter Burroughs, PREVOST, Sir GEORGE, Dictionary of Canadian Biography [vol. 5]).
Thomas Dodd (-1842) was an aide-de-camp and secretary to Edward.

Acknowledging receipt (via Captain Dodd) of Charles Mary Wentworth's letters of "Tuesday last" and of the next day; expressing his deep feeling towards his father's dismissal; requesting he convey to his father the fond wishes of himself and Madame de St. Laurent and that his father will always be welcome to stay at Castle Hill Lodge.
