Summary
Enclosing with great pleasure a letter from colonial under-secretary of state John Sullivan (in response to Edward's letter of January 24) that indicates that Wentworth's situation is very likely favorably resolved and that he will not be removed from the lieutenant-governorship of Nova Scotia in favor of Captain Bentinck.
