Summary
Informing Edward that he (Sullivan) showed to Lord Hobart a letter (enclosed by Edward in a letter to Sullivan of November 29) from John Wentworth; informing further that "application" has been made at the auditors' office regarding Wentworth's "Accounts"; conveying that the auditors' report has not yet been received in reply but that Lord Hobart is hopeful said report will allow him to recommend to the "Lords Commissioners of the Treasury" that the suspension of Wentworth's salary be lifted; assuring that any news about these matters will be quickly communicated to Edward.
