Reads: Dear Ruth, There isn't much way Lucy can linger here-- the place is one vast parking lot. In the bars there is a device that dispenses a stream of sugar for espressos-- it's attached to the counter like so [arrow points to a small line drawing of the device]-- you turn a crank, and a great flow of sugar comes out.
