Giving him further instructions on the editing of the text (of Orosius) and collating it with the "Cotton ms."; sending "the first 8 half sheets of the Anglo-Saxon text in which I havemarked the doubtful words with a red line", asking him to make his corrections "only upon the inclosed paper" and send it back to him.
