Summary
Describing in detail the situation in Delhi with his business partner R.G. Anand, who is hospitalized with heart problems and being swarmed by family members during his convalescence; telling her that Renana will be visiting Delhi from the 10th to the 18th; describing how Renana "led a big procession of Bidi workers & got the police to raid the Bidi owners offices in search of black money" and relating that the workers now say (in Hindi), "Rinaben turned the lion into a goat"; describing Renana's current travel plans and saying there's "a distinct possibility" that she could be permanently posted in Delhi if a SEWA branch can be established there; complaining about the Indian telephone system having completely broken down; asking her to tell Ved he hasn't been able to take care of everything he said he would yet; assuring her that "I long to be back with you but it will be only till Nov. 10th."
