Telling her "Mohammed [sic] Sipra has decided he is going to take the plunge and try to be ... an actor," and to that end has arranged a screen test to be shot in Hyde Park by Walter Lassally, with makeup by Gordon Kay; describing in detail a dinner he, Merchant, and Dick Robbins attended at a swanky Chinese restaurant with "Sheik Nasser," his wife, and Sunita Pitamber and Sajid Khan; relating a story he heard from Zakir Hussein about a renowned sarangi player in Bombay, who, it turned out, was merely pretending to play; asking her to bring him some shirts and a pair of moccasins from New York when she comes to London; telling her how he met Ava and Laurie for lunch and a walk, and ended up in Westminster Abbeylooking at the tombs; relating how he met Ingmar Bergman recently and listened to him reminisce about Ingrid Bergman and Victor Sjöström.
