Summary
Thanking him for his gift and informing him that she was disappointed not to be on the list of the people most desirous of reading his book. When Raoul [her cousin] goes to get the book, she will place it in her library on a shelf between Pastoret's book on the Duc de Guise and the one he wrote on the Chute de l'Empire grec. She wishes he would come to Fontainebleau so he could see.
