Summary
Wanting to answer letters right away but failing to; saying he "was very sorry to hear that things are not going well with Derleth's business" and understanding if it is not possible to publish his collection and discussing which stories to include; replying to revisions of "At First Sight" and trying to revise his old lectures for "the book Fabers will be publishing, possibly late next year, containing also selections of reviews written from 1908 to about 1916" and asking about American publication; saying he recently "enjoyed a tea-visit from Mr. Bryan on the 10th" and talking about Henry James and Forrest Reid; asking to hear about Wagenknecht's book and projects.
