Pinker and Son have gone bankrupt and realizing "that I had not been treated too well" even though he was represted by the firm "long before Ralph and Eric Pinker succeeded to their father"; saying he is "delighted to hear that College English will be printing your "News of Tishnar"; saying that Holt's "Collected Poems" will be out soon; saying that he could not agree on terms for "the new Collection of Rhymes for Children, at present entitled 'Bells and Grass'"; saying "The Viking Press will be publishing the rhymes, and will have an option on the Love Anthology"; asking for copies of poems by John Galsworthy and Willa Cather; saying he had been in correspondence with "George Macy" about an "L.EC." edition of "The Midget"; mentioning woodcuts of "Mrs. Raverat" and illustrator "Stephen Gooden"; saying it was kind of him to "propose 'The Return' to Morris Speare" which had previously been published by "Penguin Presse" who will publish "The Midget"; saying that he told Miss Pindyck about his letter and asking him to speak with her; saying that PUNCH "is printing ten of the new rhymes": with drawings by an "artist named Emett".
