Summary
Thanking him for writing to Miss Baumgarten and Mr. Gibson; thinking through possible publication of Pleasures and Speculations in America; mentioning Leland Hayward as Pinker's representative in New York failing to find a publisher because most of the book's material has already been in print; offering to send a copy to the Caxton Printers; noting that American publicatin might also be made impractical because "Winston Publishing Co. are making a separate ittle booklet for children of the tale about Mr. Bumps + his monkey contained in it."; saying that he has not made progress on a new story; working on a collection of poems; delighted to hear that Wagenknecht's "vast survey has reached the proof stage."
