Summary
Continuing his previous letter [see MA 23840.879] by mentioning that he "saw Sanford [Allen, Jaffrey's husband] and he said he didn't know when you were coming, nor did he know when Madhur was coming" and asking if she is still planning on travelling with Madur and the girls; pointing ou tthat her contract specifies that her plane ticket whould be paid for by Dia or MIP, and assuring her they will work it out somehow; realizing that "Ismail has mailed the first letter I wrote, which the above is a postscript to, but he hadn't put all the reviews [of "Bombay Talkie"] in-- here are more, which I had to get copied"; describing a double feature they saw last night, "King Kong" and "Beauty and the Beast" [presumably the 1946 Cocteau version] both of which he liked.
