Summary
Asking for the details of a Forrest Reid novel Wagenknecht mentioned in their correspondence a few years previously; explaining that he recently acquired the Patheon edition of Reid's "Tom Barber" triology, and wondering if that was the same title as Wagenknecht's recommendation; writing that he has still been getting by on his young adult fiction, as much as he dislikes it; reporting that he plans to complete another historical novel set in Wisconsin, and a short book of poems titled "Country Poems" illustrated with six J.J. Lankes' woodcuts; signing off with the hope that Arkham House will resume publication after a year's inactivity.
