Summary
Apologizing for having no copy of Mark Twain's diaries that he can provide to Wagenknecht; suggesting that it probably wouldn't be of much use anyway, but that it may be worth his time to visit [Willard Samuel] Morse and his collection; stating that Lillian Gish is in Norwalk for the summer, and that he is "better, but far from well."
