Summary
Enclosing notes [not longer present]-- "Here are your notes"-- and noting that she now doesn't have copies of anything but the synopsis [it is unclear what project the notes pertain to]; observing that "I suppose it's really very incautious of me not to keep copies, but how can I, since I don't type?"; relating the long, "very curious" story of two "Wisconsin University" students who joined an ashram "in the South," how a letter arrived in America from one of them saying she was being held against her will, and the ensuing "rescue"; quoting at length from letters from the other student insisting she is fine and happy at the ashram with "Swamiji"; and another letter from the first student, describing her ordeal with the Swami; signing off her letter with the Swami's address "in case we'd ever like to go there."
