Summary
Thanking him for a letter and writing that she is to fly out to Hollywood that night, where she will be working on "Cobweb" for MGM; noting that she read "Cecile Sorrel's Biography" (presumably the autobiography of the French actress Cécile Sorel which was published that year) and remarking that it "should satisfy everyone who uses the word 'glamor' in connection with an actress", and "Surely this one ruled the world from the theatre, if you believe her pages!"; adding that she doesn't know what to think of Mary (Pickford's) upcoming book, and "I somehow wish, in my secret heart, that she wouldn't publish it."
