Writing "Your idea, a good one as your ideas always are, leaves me wondering where, or when, it could be executed" and asking him to have "Mr. Serltsam [sic] write me in detail about it."; stating that her sister Dorothy "is opening the third company of "Life with father" at the Maryland Theatre in Baltimore", that Dorothy and Stanley Ridges replaced Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lindsay at the Empire in New York when the latter went on vacation, and that Louis Calhern is now playing the role of the Father; discussing the plays box-office success, adding that their "business is mounting with the return of the cool weather." and asking him to "tell Robert that Mr. Serlin has promised that we can take it to Seattle and by the time we get there he will be old enough to enjoy it."
