Summary
Saying he has been thinking more about the Ustad film as they are now picturing it, and wondering if the Ustad character still needs to be sexually attractive-- if not, they could again consider using Utpal Dutt in the role; suggesting they call the film "Guru," and make it in color; reassuring her and Jhab that the third financial statement for "Shakespeare Wallah" will be forthcoming, and that they now have enough money for some payments to them and to Shashi, contingent on Noronha putting money in the account; signing off "Yours, on the last day of my thirty ninth year, at seven in the evening."
