Summary
Expressing her disappointment that "Orphans of the storm" had such a short stay in Chicago and attributing this to "many reasons", including the location of the theater and the winter weather; informing him that the picture is doing well and is sensation in London, and remarking that they feel it is a "greater artistic achievement than Way Down East", but that it does not have the "heart appeal" of that film; sympathizing with him over the illness of his mother; mentioning that D.W. Griffith will be returning from Europe tomorrow.
